Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9.5×13” sheet pan, line with parchment paper, and spray again.
Whisk eggs, milk, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared sheet pan. Spread cottage cheese curds if clumped.
Add vegetables and feta cheese on top (if using).
Bake for 16-19 minutes or until eggs are fully set.
Cool slightly and cut into 12 slices.
