Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or canned in juice, drained)

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
- Prepare the pineapple:
- If using fresh pineapple, cut it into bite-sized chunks.
- If using canned pineapple, drain the juice to avoid excess liquid.
- Cook the Chicken & Pineapple (Choose a Method):
- Grilling Method:
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, brushing with marinade.
- Grill pineapple separately until caramelized.
- Baking Method:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Add pineapple chunks in the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Stir-Frying Method:
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes, add pineapple, and stir in thickened teriyaki sauce.
- Final Touch:
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
